Our Service Design Portfolio is designed to support local authorities to adopt the Scottish Approach to Service Design to transform public services for citizens.

In collaboration with the Local Government Service Design Group, we accelerate adoption of user-centered design across the public sector by:

• Sharing knowledge and best practice 
• Identifying the training and development opportunities 
• Co-creating content and resources 
• Developing evidence based business cases for service design

By adopting service design approaches and principles, we empower citizens to design the delivery of their services.
