WORKPLACE FOR THE FUTURE WEBINAR SERIES
The Scottish Local Government Digital Partnership L04 Digital Skills Project looks to identify where councils can work together to share experiences of workforce planning, skills gap analysis, the move to using job families, adopting competencies and other methods to develop our staff and citizens in the digital age.
Our Digital Skills Community are launching a webinar series with the aim to create a boxset of resources looking at how we achieve the project aims and also the national deliverable we are exploring.
Each episode will include guest presenters from different councils discussing topics such as skills analysis, digital champions, future roles, cultural shift, modern learning and much much more.
Digital Office Leadership Programme Manager Jackie Martin will be joined by Chris Wright from Perth and Kinross Council in the first webinar which will give an overview of what digital is, an explanation of the digital partnership and a quick overview of the overall programme of work. They will also talk about the work of the digital skills team including what has happened so far, what we would like to work on nationally and to get your views moving forward.
Date: Monday 12 November
Time: 11am - 12pm
Episodes will be interactive and gives you the best seat in the house to share your views whilst also telling us what you want to hear about in future episodes.
This webinar will be recorded and distributed across the Digital Partnership.
