Design Challenge Competition: Show and Tell.

After successfully securing the opportunity to work closely with Snook over the last few months to discover, define, develop and deliver their challenge submissions, the Digital Office invite you to a ‘show and tell’ session, where East Renfrewshire Council and Fife Council will share their experiences of adopting service design approaches and principles.

East Renfrewshire Council identified the need to better understand key financial barriers faced by families living in, or at risk of poverty. Their ambition is to use multiple data sources, that currently sit separately to design and target appropriate interventions.

Fife Council want to enhance lives, while reducing burden on resources. They believe that the current public sector fragmented systems hinder cohesive support, and they want to be able to use unified and predictive data to improve customer journeys and experiences.
